Lavender Honey

Delicious raw, local, Applegate Valley, Oregon honey infused with the light taste of our exquisite culinary lavender essential oil. Use in your tea, or drizzle over fruit, cheese or French toast. Raw honey contains all the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes from the bees, but tends to crystallize over time. To liquefy, place the jar in a pan of hot water until liquid again.
